Accountancy
With regards to Housing Association’s accounting services, the Administrator’s duties include:
- Financial and accounting service management for the entire property using the MM Soft system. The System uses an Internet platform to provide constant access to current accounts for Co-owners, and Housing Association’s Management to a property's financial documents,
- Performance of detailed book-keeping for payments for each property,
- Accounts settling of all expenses and costs related to a property’s use, including advance payments for costs of common parts maintenance,
- Storage and protection as well as filing of a property’s documents.
