Administration
TWW conducts the following activities as part of its administration:
- Preparation of a Housing Association’s economic plan and its performance during the year,
- Housing Association’s representation before natural and legal entities, state offices, local government’s administration authorities, banks, post office and other institutions based on granted proxy,
- Regular presentation to an Association’s Management of a quarterly abbreviated financial report regarding performance of tasks covered under the administration agreement, as well as submitting financial and substantial reports for the last year for approval, by the end of February of each calendar year,
- Conduct of Housing Association’s meetings,
- Building unit’s book management,
- Renovation plans’ preparation, together with costs budget and conduct of biddings for renovation works,
- Signing and renegotiation of contracts with electric energy, heat, water, gas and telecommunication service providers and with waste collectors, as well as security companies,
- Regular performance of comparativem measured utilities accounts settlement together with preparation of accounts for individual tenants
- Prompt and effective professional interventions in all kinds of emergency situations, 24 emergency telephone service for owners’ and lodgers’ use,
- Regular presentation of financial reports to a Housing Association's Management including information on set plans’ performance.
