Debts collection
TWW monitors payments from tenants, and in case of any delays undertakes the following actions:
- Sends disciplinary proceeding letters asking for payment
- Tracks legal interests for any delays
- Claims payments due at court when necessary
- In case of considerable delays, prepares and conducts decisions to place the property up for auction
