Technical surveys
Administrator’s duties include ordering and supervision of obligatory surveys, including:
- Annual and five-yearly surveys of a building’s technical state,
- Annual inspection of gas system for leakage,
- Annual inspection of ventilation and combustion ducts,
- Five-yearly inspection of electric and lighting systems,
- Monthly lifts’ inspections,
- Office of Technical Inspections’ surveys,
- Others, such as CO detectors and fire systems equipment inspections.
