Accountancy
With regards to a property’s accounting services, the TWW company agrees to conduct the following duties:
- Perform property’s financial and accounting services,
- Prepare and submit Tax declaration (PIT and VAT) and on time tax payments, including property tax,
- Perform a detailed amount due record from tenants,
- Records and settles accounts of all expenses and costs related with flat’s maintenance,
- Performs financial operations via property’s bank account,
- Storage and protection as well as a property's documents filling,
- Regular measures media accounts settlement together with preparation of accounts for each tenant,
- Regular presentation of property’s financial report.
