Debts collection
TWW monitors payments from tenants and in case of any delays, undertakes the following actions:
- Sends disciplinary proceeding letters asking for payment,
- Tracks legal interests for any delays,
- Claims payments due at court when necessary,
- In case of considerable delays, performs immediate breach-of-tenancy agreement actions.
