A TWW Administrator’s duties include ordering and supervision of a building’s obligatory surveys.
- Annual and five-yearly survey of a building’s technical state,
- Annual inspection of gas system for leakage,
- Annual inspection of ventilating and combustion ducts,
- Five-yearly inspection of electric and lighting system,
- Monthly lift devices inspections,
- Office of Technical Inspections surveys.
- and others, such as CO detectors and fire systems inspections.
